Return Policy for Returned Merchandise 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: At Bogey Buster Golf Head Covers your satisfaction is our main priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 30 days from the purchase date to receive a full refund (Minus Shipping). If you would like to exchange the product for other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a new order on the site for what you would like instead. Once the original item is returned, you will either receive store credit or a credit on your credit card in the amount that you originally paid. Returned merchandise MUST be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packing and warranty information included. On many products we offer free shipping. This offer is only good for completed transactions. If the item or items are returned, the actual shipping fees we were charged from our shippers (i.e. ups, fed ex, usps or any others we use) to originally ship your item or items will be deducted from your purchase price.

To return an item please e-mail bogeybuster@att.net We will give you our return address and a return authorization number to send to us with your return.

We will advise you when your package has arrived and you will either receive store credit in the amount of the value of the item returned, or you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount of the original item purchased (credit for shipping charges not included). If you paid by check or money order we will send you a check. You can choose which return credit you would prefer to receive. If you are returning a gift we only allow store credit. Your credit will be issued within 2 to 4 weeks of the day your package is received at our warehouse.
